Love Island star Connor Durman looked unrecognisable in pictures posted on Instagram this week after shaving off his head before getting a hair transplant.

The coffee bean salesman, 28, said he'd been thinking about undergoing the procedure for a while after growing self-conscious.

He wrote online: 'I’ve been conscious of my hairline for a while, finally took the plunge and went for it.

'I honestly can’t thank @now.hairtime enough. They made the process so much easier than I could have imagined. Can’t wait to see the results!'

In his pictures, Connor was seen pointing at his head after sheering his brown locks off.

One snap showed him looking in the mirror having had lines drawn on his head to mark his old hairline behind the one he would be left with after the transplant.

He previously sported a style which saw his hair brushed forward and swept to one side.

Connor entered the Love Island villa on day one of the first ever winter series in 2020 before he was given the boot on day 15.

He coupled-up with Rochelle Humes' sister Sophie Piper, with the couple dating for a number of months after they both left the show.

They had planned to move in together but they went their separate ways when lockdown started.

A source told The Sun at the time: 'Things just fizzled out. They never even went official.

'It just didn’t have a chance to get started because of lockdown and they both agreed it was better to just stay friends.'
