Alex Anthopoulos recently told a story about how the Braves installed a soft serve ice cream machine in the clubhouse before the playoffs last season. Then the team went on a tear and won the World Series.

On Thursday night, Atlanta defeated New York to clinch some soft serve. The team has now won nine of its last 10 games and sits at 73-47 with a quarter of the season remaining.
