The 2023 Aston Martin DBX 707 brings sheer power and luxury to the table.

Known for their luxury car models, Aston Martin is back again with a stunning luxurious brand of SUV. Although there aren't many cars in its lineup now, the 2023 Aston Martin DBX 707 is arguably the royal king of all rides produced so far from this brand.

Best to visualize it as a sports car in an SUV design form. Being the first of its kind, Aston Martin is making sure not to leave any stone unturned. Therefore, the DBX 707 is well worth the hype it’s getting. Adventure lovers may want to hop in at this point!

So, if you’re looking to own a luxurious and dynamic ride, then you should be vying for the 2023 Aston Martin DBX 707 and here is a detailed look at what the DBX 707 has in store for us.

Let’s get to it!

First, the DBX 707 is indulgent as it is obviously a deluxe ride made for those who love luxury and would not mind spending a fortune on it. However, beyond that, it turns out the Aston Martin vehicle has more to offer than luxury, as you will read later in this article.

This is the first noticeable feature of any car brand, hence, it's okay to discuss it ahead of others. The DBX 707's interior features a spacious 5-seater for its occupants. It doesn't have a hands-free driving feature, but it does have driving aids such as cruise control, route assistance, collision warning, and blind spot surveillance to help the driver have a wider, better and clearer view of the road ahead.

On the other hand, its exterior design features new aero components such as the carbon-fiber front bumper, new outer panel tails, wind vanes in the front and rear wheel openings, an air outlet that cuts into the rear quarter panels, a larger rear diffuser, and a wider rear bumper. Also, the mirror caps and side strakes are of black or carbon fiber to match those of the window frames, bonnet vents, and sunroofs.

Its panoramic sunroof is worth drooling over as this is what anyone would wish for in their choice car and yeah, the DBX 707 has a full view of that.

Nearly all surfaces of the DBX interior have a leather or Alcántara covering and their scent permeates the air, reminding us that car leathers have one of the strongest scents. Also, the shoulder area and a center stripe of the backrest of the DBX’s firm, padded sport seats gracefully wears pieces of contrast colors. These patterns differ in the newer version of the DBX.

In terms of performance, Aston Martin is channeling its power distribution over the broadest area of the DBX engine to provide the fastest throttle response. We see the twin turbocharged V8 engine from AMG in the DBX SUV producing a thrilling 542 hp, along with 516 ft-lbs of torque.

Likewise, there is a modified version designed primarily for functional reasons. The grille aperture on the 707 is 27 percent bigger, allowing for more airflow for engine cooling. Revamped air intakes around it splits by horizontal DRL lighting components.

The DBX is super fast, racing to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds and completing the quarter-mile at 114 mph in 12.4 seconds. However, this is coming behind the capacities of the Audi RS Q8, Bentley Bentayga V-8, Maserati Levante Trofeo, and the Mercedes-AMG GLE63 S. Nonetheless, the new version of the DBX 707 also benefits from a shorter 3.27:1 final-drive ratio, reducing the 60-mph time to 3.1 seconds and can reach 100 mph in 7.9 seconds while boasting a top speed of 193 mph and completing a quarter-mile in 11.5 seconds at 119 mph.

The standard DBX brake pedal is soft and a little less sensitive for a sports car model. However, there are no modulation issues. It halts at 151ft, which is 6ft shorter than the 70 mph stopping distance thanks to the carbon-ceramic brakes. But you’ll hear a screech after gently warming the brakes.

As it is with all other Aston Martin GT sports and cars, the DBX 707 also features a dual wishbone front suspension coupled with a sub rear axle, as well as mechanical variable damping for each wheel without trading off its handle.

The DBX 707 sound is a croaky one at 84 Decibels with the throttle fully open, resulting from its vent, which has four outlets and differs from those of the other sports car configurations. Despite having five drive modes, hitting the ignition button while holding either shift paddle still causes the croaky sound.

An exorbitant price is a no-bargain for such a gorgeous ride. So, the starting price for DBX 707 is at $188,986 and goes up to $239,086 with subsequent up-rate models.

Again, there is no hands-free mode, but the BMX 707 is perfect for you if you fancy having both hands on the wheel. For such a phenomenal ride, the manual gear mode will be highly beneficial when navigating a hilly terrain. A big bang for its price, but definitely worth it if you love luxury and performance.
