It is specially aimed at the applications of polyurethane foam in place. Its particular configuration facilities easy access to all its components, simplifies the control functions and significantly reduces the maintenance work.
Our polyurethane spray machine advantages:
1. Primary heating system:
It consists of two separate independent block heaters with no seals.
2. Proportioning pumps:
The system is including two positive displacement piston pumps, driven by a pneumatic motor.
3. Recirculation system:
Recirculation of the two components allows a faster achievement of the preset temperature at the heaters before starting to spray and during temporary shutdowns.
4. Hose heating system:
The hose heating system is designed with 1000W each 15m that allows the heating of up to 90m.
